Custodial Services

BRI has been providing commercial and residential custodial services for over 20 years. Besides routine cleaning, vacuuming, and dusting, we also offer carpet cleaning, and tile flooring stripping and waxing. Our clients receive training in these disciplines, which often leads to placement in community-based jobs.

We currently have State Use Contracts to provide custodial services at two armories for the Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs, and another to provide services at three waysides and an historic Rustic Road monument for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
